School Roof Surveys
Detailed assessment of existing roof areas in contemplation of refurbishment of existing buildings across 3 different School campuses, covering 21 different buildings. Thermographic surveys undertaken along with core sampling and detailed visual inspections. Reports provided on what repairs are necessary to the roof areas to achieve a 25 year life span.

New Build – Nursery
Full Employer’s Agent Role undertaken along with site monitoring and financial control during construction. The building was designed using prefabricated units and was completed to a very short time frame with minimal disruption to the adjacent school.

University College
An access audit of the whole of the existing campus was undertaken to advise on the existing arrangements and to inform the process for the design of the upgrade to the campus and the integration of new buildings. An access appraisal of the proposed new building and other building refurbishments was undertaken to advise on meeting best practice guidance as well as statutory requirements.

New Build – Defect Diagnosis
Post completion defect diagnosis inspection of a recently completed building that was suffering from persistent leaks through the external fabric and cracking to tiled flooring internally. Investigations and detailed site survey undertaken, along with a review of the design and construction details. Guidance provided on remedial works required to both areas.

Historic Abbey
Access audit and Access Appraisal undertaken on a Grade II* listed building and its grounds. The audit was undertaken to advise on areas where the existing building fell short of reasonable access provisions and where reasonable adjustments were possible. Zoo
An access audit of the entire Zoo site including all animal enclosures and all public areas was undertaken to advise on areas where the existing areas fell short of reasonable access provisions and where reasonable adjustments were possible. Guidance provided on management requirements and policy and procedure relating to access and inclusion.

Football Club Stadium
Full Building survey on the whole building to advise on the overall condition in contemplation of acquisition of the freehold interest. Coordinated inspection by M&E Consultant and their involvement was managed, with a combined report produced.

Office Complex Birmingham
External fabric survey undertaken of both towers, with reports provided on the condition of the existing external fabric and windows. Surveys undertaken from existing cradle equipment.
